I design and facilitate collaborative songwriting residencies (from 2 days to multiple weeks) where students become co-writers of original songs. Working with educators, I help weave curriculum and classroom learning into students' inner worlds, guiding them through brainstorming, lyric crafting, melody composition, arranging, rehearsing, recording, and community performances. Tailored for preschool through high school, these residencies prioritize process over product. Students develop poetic thinking while the collaborative songwriting experience fosters creative self-expression and mutual artistic support. Together, we cultivate a mindset of song.

I create transformative group singing experiences through somatic music sessions, choir direction, and custom vocal commissions that build connection through shared music-making. Using composition, improvisation, body percussion, and collaborative arrangement, I guide groups of all ages (early childhood through adults) toward rich harmony and creative expression. I also design and lead integrated community projects: conducting live performances, collecting and editing archival footage, and producing multimedia works that reflect a community's identity and impact.

I lead hands-on workshops that build creative confidence and musicianship skills. For adult learners and mature teens, I offer songwriting, harmony arranging, accessible and practical music theory, and performance skills training. For educators, I design professional development sessions on bringing music into daily classroom life and supporting musicianship growth in non-music settings. These workshops work in festivals, schools, conferences, team building retreats, and assisted living facilities. Participants leave with new skills, creative momentum, and a clearer sense of how music can enrich their teaching, their lives, and their communities.
